Watery Wednesday – 11/12/08

Reflections on the Catawba River near Oxford Dam. When I took this photo, the dam was between cycles and the water was like glass. If you enlarge the photo, you can see the pebbles and shells on the river bottom in the shadow of the larger rock.

This is so beautiful. I have a “thing” about seeing the bottom of a body of water in a photo. I love it!

I think it’s beautiful. The rocks do look more like they’re sitting on glass than in water. Great shot!
