This little guy is real, not stuffed. He is on display at the Catawba Science Center in the Naturalist Center. According to the sign, he’s a Caiman but he looks like a young gator (with filed teeth) to me.
I was happy with the color picture but I thought he looked more menacing in black and white.
I love this shot!
That eye is mesmerizing.
I haven’t seen it in color; but I agree that B&W is way more menacing in tone.
